====== How to use zebrix on a ProDVX display? ======
===== Installation =====

  * **Either** download zebrix from https://apk.zebrix.net using Google Chrome on the ProDVX display. You may need to grant permission to install APKs from unknown sources.
  * **Or** download zebrix from https://apk.zebrix.net using your PC, then transfer the APK file to the ProDVX display using a USB drive and the built-in file explorer. You may need to grant permission to install APKs from unknown sources.

===== Set zebrix as the startup app =====

  * Go to **Settings > Autostart Application > Start APP** and select **zebrix**.

===== Set the orientation =====

  * Configure the screen orientation according to your needs by going to **Settings > Display orientation**.

===== Configure a daily reboot =====

  * You must configure the display to reboot daily. Go to **Settings > Schedule > Reboot** and set a daily reboot time (e.g. 3:00 a.m.).
  * (Optional) Since zebrix displays only a black screen when no content is scheduled, you can also configure the LCD panel to turn off at night by going to **Settings > Schedule > LCD Off**.

===== Secure the display =====

  * Disable the physical buttons: **Settings > System > Advanced > Digital Signage options > Enable Physical Buttons > OFF**
  * Hide the status bar, which could otherwise be used to exit the application: **Settings > Display > Advanced > Hide status bar > ON**

After applying these settings, it will no longer be possible to exit the application using the touchscreen or to access the display settings or other apps. If you need to exit zebrix and access the settings or other apps, connect a USB keyboard and mouse, then exit the app using **Alt+Tab**.
