====== Factory Reset for a Tizen/SSSP screen ====== ===== Step 1 ===== If the screen isn't already on, power it on. With the remote control, **select HDMI source**, **shut the screen off** by pressing the “POWER OFF” button and wait for 10 seconds. {{ public_media:remotecontrol_poweroff.png?nolink&200 |}} ===== Step 2 ===== The folliwing part has to be done in less thank 5 seconds: Press the "**Mute**" button then press the following button in that order : "**1**", "**8**", "**2**" and then on the **power button** (which is red). {{ public_media:remotecontrol_mute182power.jpg?nolink |}} ===== Step 3 ===== Once that code is entered correctly, the screen powers on and a menu appears. {{ public_media:fr:servicemenu.jpg?nolink |}} ===== Step 4 ===== On that menu, Choose "Option" (it's already selected by default) then "Factory reset" and again, select "Factory reset". {{ public_media:fr:servicemenuresetfactory.jpg?nolink |}} ===== Step 5 ===== If done correctly, the screen should power off ===== Step 6 ===== You can now start the screen with the "Power On" button. {{ public_media:remotecontrol_power.jpg?nolink&200 |}} The screen is reset and ready to be configured.
