How to synchronize simultaneous playback on multiple screens
This guide explains how to activate synchronized playback on multiple screens. This function allows you to play the same content (same playlist) simultaneously on multiple screens, or to synchronize different media as they play.
For content to synchronize, you must use (or define) content with the same duration. Screens must also be running version 3 of the Zebrix player. Please note that it is also recommended to use the same screen models to avoid a lag due to processor/hardware performance (e.g.: an i5 is faster than a Celeron, the content will play a few milliseconds later).
Create one or more playlists
If you want to play exactly the same content on several screens, simply schedule the same playlist on the screens you wish to synchronize. To synchronize different content, you need to create a different playlist (per screen). Playlists must have exactly the same duration:
Create synchronization group
- Select the screens you wish to synchronize.
- Create the synchronization group.
If the group is pre-existing, select the group to which to add the selected screens
