NUC update

Before starting, we advise you to recover all the network information from your player, as this will be completely erased.

Step 1: Prepare the USB key

To do this, you need a 32GB minimum USB key and an archiver (such as 7Zip or Winrar).

1. Download the latest image supplied by us
2. Open the file with your archiver
3. You will need to extract the following files from the root of the key. It is essential that these files are at the root of the key, otherwise the player will not be able to boot on them.

1. Once the files have been extracted, your key is ready.

Step 2: Updating the NUC*.

1. Connect your key to the player, as well as a USB keyboard, and switch it on.
2. Normally, the player should boot automatically on the key, but if it doesn't

Case 1: You will need to access your player's BIOS

	○ You can access it by pressing F2 when the player starts up
	○ When you are on the BIOS, you can select a boot order so that your player boots on the key

- Case n°2 : A hardware problem prevents the player from booting correctly

In this case, please contact us on 03 20 41 59 69 or send us an e-mail to support@zebrix.net so that we can collect the player from our premises and repair it.

○ Once the player has booted onto the key, you will need to choose the firmware to install (you should only have one option)
○ The Zebrix installation will take care of itself
○ Once finished, you'll get a message telling you to disconnect the player and you can restart it by removing the key.
