Activating a screen linked to a contract from the CMS (reseller)

Prerequisites

  • A screen must display the activation page (page with a QR Code)
  • You must be logged into the CMS using your reseller user account.
  • At least one zebrix license has been ordered and still awaiting activation. The end-customer tenant shorname has been mentionned when the licence has been ordered so the associate could have been made.
  • The activation feature must be enabled in your reseller account (please contact our support if it's not the case).

In the CMS from the reseller account

1. Select the "Screen" tab from the left-hand menu

2. License management section

Click on Activate

3. The client selection window opens:

  1. Choose the client (here, My Supermarket)
  2. Confirm by clicking the Next button

4. Activate Screen:

Now that the client is selected, we will associate the screen with the client's account. In the “Mac Address” input field: enter the full string of numbers and letters (12 characters total) that appears on the screen after the letters “ID”

  1. Enter the screen's Mac Address in the input field
  2. Confirm by clicking the Next button.

The modal displays available contracts for this screen: The contracts shown are linked to the client, but you must still correctly identify which contract to choose for your screen. To help you, you can use the search field to filter the results by: address, project number, contract number, or purchase order number.

  1. Click on a contract to select it
  2. Confirm by clicking the Next button.

5. A summary of the selected contract is displayed:

It shows the contract number, project number, site number, customer reference, and purchase order number.
This view also includes the start and end validity dates, as well as the billing start and end dates.
Please note that unless you take further action, the subscription and its billing will be automatically renewed on the anniversary date.

This is your last chance to cancel the activation by clicking the cancel button. After reviewing, if everything looks correct, click the Next button to confirm.

6. Congratulations

Your screen has been added to Zebrix, and it now displays the activation confirmation page. You can complete the process by pressing the Confirm button.

You can now add content to your screen.
