On the login page click on “Lost password? Click here”

Enter the requested information:

• Client: the name of the Zebrix client you are connecting to
• Username : your Zebrix username
• Email: the email address with which the account was created

and click on “Send reset password link”.

Once you have completed step two you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Once you have clicked on the link you can enter your new password and then proceed to login
